Threshold Doula

Under The Listening Sky

In life, there comes a point when you find yourself standing at a threshold.Things aren't necessarily falling apart, but they aren't fitting together in the way they once did. There are more questions than answers.Maybe there was a loss.
A change.
A quiet unraveling.
A longing for something you cannot yet name.
Sometimes we know what needs to change.
Sometimes we only feel the ache of staying the same.
These moments are not meant to be rushed through or solved from the outside. They ask us to slow down.
To listen.
This is the work I hold space for.Not fixing.
Not forcing.
But sitting beside you as clarity slowly emerges.Helping you hear the quiet wisdom beneath the noise.Helping you trust your own knowing of what is right and true for you.

Things I’ve made to be held, returned to,
and moved through in your own time.

About MeI’m Byrdi.I hold space for people moving through grief, transition, uncertainty, and the quieter moments of unraveling that can reshape a life from the inside out.My work is rooted in embodied listening; a way of slowing down enough to hear what exists beneath the noise of the mind. Not to force answers or move past discomfort too quickly, but to stay with what is present long enough for something deeper and more honest to emerge.Over time, I have come to understand that many of life’s most difficult seasons are not problems to solve, but thresholds we learn to live inside.Beneath fear, uncertainty, grief, and longing, there is often a quieter voice asking to be heard.Much of my work centers around helping people recognize how their own inner voice speaks, and learning how to stay with it long enough to trust what emerges.~ ~ ~ ~ ~My background includes training in:Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy
Embodied Listening Practitioner
Certified Grief Educator
through David Kessler
Hakomi-informed relational workyoga, breathwork, mindfulness, chakra psychology, reiki, BCST, massage, and polyvagal theory. But more than any single training, this work has been shaped through lived experience:
through grief, uncertainty, searching for belonging, and learning how to remain present inside the in-between spaces of life.
This is not a space for perfect answers. It is a space to come as you are, and to be met there.

Sometimes the first step is simply letting yourself be seen
